Educational Qualification

1.      Bachelor’s Degree (Arts/Science/Commerce) with minimum Second Class

2.      Must have studied concerned subject in all years/semesters

3.      B.Ed (General) from NCTE recognized institute

4.      B.Ed (Special Education) not accepted

5.      Integrated B.Ed courses allowed (subject to conditions)

6.      Final year students are not eligible

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Cut-off Date: 27 April 2026

Age Relaxation

• As per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules
• One-time relaxation for:
• General: Born on or after 01/01/1989
• APST: Born on or after 01/01/1984
• PwBD & Govt employees: As per rules

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

1.      Written Examination (Objective)

2.      Viva-Voce / Interview

Marks Distribution:

• General English, GS, Aptitude & Pedagogy: 150
• Concerned Subject: 300
• Viva-Voce & Teaching: 50
• Total: 500 Marks

Additional:

• Negative marking: 1/6 per wrong answer
• Minimum qualifying marks required
