Age Relaxation

Candidates belonging to local residents of Chhattisgarh state may receive age relaxation as per state government rules, but the maximum age limit including relaxation will not exceed 50 years for Gender Specialist and 45 years for IT Assistant and Data Entry Operator.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on merit evaluation system including:

1.      Educational qualification marks (maximum 60 marks).

2.      Experience marks (2 marks per year up to 10 marks).

3.      Local resident bonus marks (2 marks).

4.      Merit list prepared based on 80 marks evaluation.

5.      Gender Specialist post: Interview of 20 marks.

6.      IT Assistant and Data Entry Operator: 10 marks interview + 10 marks skill test.

1.      Download or obtain the prescribed application form.

2.      Fill in all required personal and educational details.

3.      Attach self-attested copies of required documents.

4.      Place the completed application form and documents in an envelope.

5.      Submit or send the application via Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier to the Women and Child Development Department Office, Surguja (Ambikapur).

6.      Ensure the application reaches before 25 March 2026, 05:30 PM.

1.      8th / 10th mark sheet for date of birth proof.

2.      12th mark sheet.

3.      Graduation mark sheet.

4.      Post-graduation mark sheet (if applicable).

5.      Professional qualification certificate (if required for the post).

6.      Experience certificate and salary proof (if applicable).

7.      Residence certificate.

8.      Caste certificate.

9.      Identity proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID etc.).

10. Any other relevant supporting documents.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1.      Recruitment will be done on contract basis under Mission Shakti program.

2.      Only applications received before the deadline will be considered.

3.      Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format.

4.      Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.

5.      Separate application must be submitted for each post.

6.      Candidates already working in government or semi-government organizations must submit No Objection Certificate (NOC).

7.      Selection will be done strictly according to merit and evaluation criteria.

8.      Selected candidates will initially be appointed for 2 years contract, extendable by 1 year based on performance.
