Educational Qualification

General Manager (E-8)

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/EEE with minimum 60% marks.

Manager (Finance) (E-4)

CA / CMA / 2 Years Full-time MBA (Finance) with minimum 60%.

Senior Accounts Officer (E-2)

CA / CMA / 2 Years Full-time MBA (Finance) with minimum 60%.

Junior Accountant (S-1)

Intermediate CA/CMA OR M.Com / B.Com (Hons) with 55%.

Senior Engineer (O&M) (FTE)

B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering.

Sr. Consultant (Business Development)

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Power Engineering OR CA OR MBA (Finance).
Desirable: Master’s degree in energy studies/renewable.

2. Experience Requirement

General Manager

Minimum 22 years post qualification experience.
Minimum 5 years in last 10 years in project execution.
Solar/Wind site execution of minimum 100 MW project.

Manager (Finance)

7 years post qualification experience.

Senior Accounts Officer

1 year post qualification experience.

Junior Accountant

1 year experience in finance/accounts.

Senior Engineer (O&M)

1 year post qualification experience in power sector (preferably RE).

Sr. Consultant

More than 20 years experience, including 10 years in Electrical works/design in Power/Energy sector.
Preferably from DISCOM/TRANSCO/Electricity Boards at Chief Engineer level.

AGE LIMIT (As on Closing Date)

AGE RELAXATION

• OBC-NCL: 3 Years
• SC/ST: 5 Years
• PwBD: 10 Years (over and above category relaxation)
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India directives
• Minimum 40% disability required for PwBD benefit

SELECTION PROCESS

• Screening of applications

• Shortlisting based on qualification and experience

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

Regular Positions (IDA Pay Scale)

• General Manager (E-8): ₹120000 – 280000
• Manager (E-4): ₹70000 – 200000
• Senior Accounts Officer (E-2): ₹50000 – 160000
• Junior Accountant (S-1): ₹22000 – 80000

Fixed Term

• Senior Engineer (O&M): ₹50,000 (Consolidated)

Consultant

• Sr. Consultant: ₹1,25,000 per month
