• Veterinary Polytechnic (D.A.H.) Diploma in Animal Husbandry

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be provided as per reservation rules applicable for reserved category candidates.

SELECTION PROCESS / RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.      80% weightage of marks obtained in educational qualification.

2.      Maximum 5 marks for experience (1 mark per year).

o    Only Government/Semi-Government experience considered.

3.      15 marks allocated for Interview.

Final Merit List will be prepared by adding:

• 80% educational marks
• Experience marks
• Interview marks

PAY SCALE / SALARY DETAILS

• Monthly Lump Sum Honorarium: ₹23,350/-
• Pay Matrix Level: Level 6
• No other allowances/facilities payable.

HOW TO APPLY (STEP-BY-STEP)

1.      Download application format from district website: bijapur.gov.in

2.      Fill application in prescribed format.

3.      Attach self-attested photocopies of required documents.

4.      Submit one complete set through Registered Post/Speed Post.

5.      Send to: Office of Deputy Director Veterinary Services, Bijapur (CG).

6.      Application must reach by 18/03/2026 (11:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

2.      Animal Husbandry Diploma Certificate

3.      Residence Certificate

4.      Caste Certificate (Reserved Category)

5.      10th/12th Marksheet

6.      Employment Registration

7.      Experience Certificate

8.      Other Relevant Certificates

9.      No Objection Certificate (If working in Govt/Semi-Govt/Private Institution)

10. Health Fitness Certificate from District Medical Board (At time of joining)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.      Appointment will be for one year (extendable based on need and performance).

2.      18 days Casual Leave + 3 Optional Leave per year.

3.      Leave entitlement calculated on pro-rata basis if appointed mid-year.

4.      No pensionary or death benefits after completion of service.

5.      Waiting list valid for one year.

6.      One month notice required for termination by either party.

7.      Services automatically terminated if absent more than one month.

8.      Participation in dharna/strike not permitted.

9.      Must join within one week of appointment order.

10. Must submit monthly work progress report.

11. In case of dispute, decision of District Collector Bijapur will be final.

12. Any change in terms & conditions by District Administration will be valid.

13. Appointment automatically void if regular recruitment conducted later.

14. Valid registration mandatory at counseling session.
