Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

1. Application Mode

2. Late Applications

3. Self-Attested Documents

8. Marriage-related Conditions

A candidate who has married before attaining the prescribed minimum marriage age will not be eligible for appointment.

A candidate who has married a person who already has a living spouse will also not be eligible, subject to the provision mentioned in the notification allowing government consideration in specified circumstances.

9. Maximum Age

The notification specifies the applicable maximum age provisions and states that the maximum age after the relevant relaxation shall not exceed 45 years.

10. Leave

During the contractual period, leave entitlement will be governed under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules, 2012.

11. Conduct Rules

Contractually appointed personnel will be governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965.

12. Pension/Gratuity

After completion of service, the employee will not be entitled to pension, gratuity or similar benefits for the contractual service period.

13. Termination

The contractual appointment is temporary and may be terminated at any time without assigning a reason.

14. Contract Period

The contractual appointment is initially stated to be valid until 28 February 2027. Thereafter, it may be extended for another year based on work quality, work efficiency and conduct.

15. Termination by Either Party

During the contract period, either party may terminate the appointment by giving one month's prior notice or one month's salary in lieu of notice.

16. False Information

If false information or false educational/experience certificates are found to have been submitted, the appointment can be cancelled. Marks will be awarded on the basis of certificates attached with the original application.

17. No Correspondence on Applications

No correspondence regarding rejected applications will be entertained.

18. Computer Proficiency Test

Candidates will be called for the computer proficiency test in a 1:10 ratio. Candidates who do not appear for the computer proficiency test will be disqualified from the selection process.

19. Number of Posts

The number of advertised posts is stated to be variable.

20. Cancellation of Candidature

If a candidate attempts to create any kind of obstruction or influence during the recruitment process, the candidature may be cancelled.

21. Final Decision

The decision of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Raipur regarding appointment will be final and binding.
