Educational Qualification

1. Neurologist

• MD Medicine with DM Neurology.
• Live registration with Chhattisgarh Medical Council is mandatory.

2. District Coordinator (Mental Health)

• M.Phil Clinical Psychology.
• Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil Clinical Psychology (Regular).
• If unavailable, M.A./M.Sc Psychology (Regular) candidates may be considered.

Age Limit

Cut-off Date: 01/05/2025

• 21 to 35 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Recruitment through outsourcing agency/firm/NGO.
• Agencies will quote service charges.
• Minimum valid service charge is 7%.
• Selection will be based on the lowest valid service charge.
• If two agencies quote the same rate, selection will be decided by the committee.
• Final decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.
• Human resource recruitment will be carried out by the selected outsourcing agency.
• Committee has the right to reject any application.

Other Financial Requirement

• FDR of ₹10,000 (valid for one year) in favour of Chief Medical & Health Officer, District Narayanpur must be enclosed with the application.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Approved Annual Budget

• ₹15,00,000 for Neurologist
• ₹3,50,000 for District Coordinator (Mental Health)

Total Outsourcing Payment

• ₹18,50,000

Apart from the approved amount and service charge, no additional payment will be made.

• Applicant agency must be registered for at least 3 years.
• Sub-contracting is not permitted.
• Blacklisted agencies are not eligible.
• Affidavit on ₹50 stamp paper is mandatory wherever specified.
• Applications must be complete in all respects.
• Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
• All photocopies must be self-attested.
• False information will result in legal action.
• Monthly attendance and salary details must be submitted.
• Human resource replacement shall be arranged whenever required.
• Contract period will be one year, extendable as per NITI Aayog guidelines.
• Selection Committee's decision shall be final.
• No additional payment beyond approved rates will be made.
