Educational Qualification

Manager Posts

• Civil: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology + 3 years experience.
• Electrical: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology + 3 years experience.
• Finance: MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA + 3 years Finance experience.
• IT: B.E./B.Tech (CS/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics) OR MCA + 3 years experience.
• Architecture: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with Council of Architecture registration + 3 years experience.
• Law: Professional Law Degree (3-year LLB/5-year Integrated LLB) eligible for Bar Council enrolment + 3 years experience.
• Fire Services: Bachelor's Degree in Fire/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering + 3 years experience.
• Operations: Science Graduate + MBA (2 years) OR Engineering Degree + 3 years Airport Operations experience.
• Commercial: Graduate + MBA (Marketing) OR Engineering Degree + 3 years experience.
• Corporate Planning & Management Services: PG in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics/Operation Research/Economics with Statistics/Mathematics with Statistics + 3 years experience.
• Corporate Communications: Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Literature + PG Degree/2-year Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication + 3 years experience.

Junior Executive

• Finance: MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA.
• Law: Professional Law Degree.
• Operations: Science Graduate + MBA (2 years) OR Engineering Degree.
• Survey & Cartography: Civil Engineering Degree OR M.Sc. Geography/Remote Sensing/GIS/Geo-Informatics/Geomatics.

Experience: Not required for Junior Executive posts.

Age Limit

Cut-off Date: 07 September 2026

• Manager: Maximum 32 Years
• Junior Executive: Maximum 27 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST – 5 Years
• OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
• PwBD – 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen – 5 Years (as per rules)
• Regular AAI Employees – Maximum 10 Years

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection may include:

Pay Scale / Salary Details

Manager (Group-A, E-3)

• ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000

Junior Executive (Group-B, E-1)

• ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000

Approximate Annual CTC

• Manager – ₹21 Lakhs
• Junior Executive – ₹14 Lakhs
