Educational Qualification

1. Assistant Programmer

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) with minimum 60% marks
  OR
• MCA with minimum 60% marks.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in implementation of government/semi-government projects.

2. Development Block Coordinator

• Bachelor's Degree from recognized University with B.E./B.Tech and minimum 60% marks
  OR
• Graduation with minimum 60% marks along with Post Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in implementation of government/semi-government projects.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Age shall be calculated as on 01 January 2026.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation shall be applicable as per the orders issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.

Development Block Coordinator Weightage

• Essential Qualification Marks – 30
• Government Work Experience – 20
• Computer Practical Test – 20
• Interview – 10

Candidates approximately 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for the Computer Practical Test after scrutiny of applications.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

• Only residents of Chhattisgarh are eligible.
• Appointment is purely contractual.
• Initial contract period is 1 year.
• Contract may be extended depending upon performance and departmental requirement.
• Applications received after the prescribed date will not be considered.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Original documents must be produced during verification.
• Reservation rules of Government of Chhattisgarh shall apply.
• Experience certificates must clearly mention duration and designation.
• Salary slips/bank statements are mandatory for claiming experience.
• District Panchayat reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel vacancies.
• Decision of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Bastar shall be final.
• Candidates applying in more than one district shall have all applications rejected.
• Married candidates violating applicable government rules regarding marriage are not eligible.
• Contract employees shall be governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965.
• No pension or retirement benefits are admissible after completion of contractual service.
