3. Community Health Officer (CHO)

• B.Sc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course
  OR
• Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course
• Live Registration in CG Nurses Council

4. Accountant

• B.Com (Minimum 55%)
• One-year Computer Diploma (PGDCA)
• Knowledge of Tally is compulsory

5. Block Manager-Data

• Graduate (Minimum 55%)
• PGDCA OR
• BCA (Minimum 55%)

6. Dental Assistant

• 12th Pass
• Two years' experience in a Government Dental College/Clinic
• Only Government Health Facility experience will be considered
• Preference for candidates with Lab Technician/Hygienist/Dental Technician qualification

7. Physiotherapist

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Live Registration in Physiotherapy Council

8. Pharmacist

• Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy (Minimum 50%)
• Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council

9. MO AYUSH (Female)

• BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Degree
• Registration from Government of India recognized Registration Board

10. Secretarial Assistant

• Graduate
• Minimum one-year Diploma in Computer Applications

11. Junior Secretarial Assistant-UHWC

• 12th Pass
• Minimum one-year Computer Diploma

12. Nutrition Counsellor / Feeding Demonstrator

• B.Sc Home Science

13. Attendant

• 8th Pass

14. Cook cum Care Taker

• 8th Pass

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age for Medical Posts: 70 Years
• Maximum Age for Managerial Posts: 64 Years

Selection will be based on the post-specific process:

Marking Pattern

For most posts:

• Educational Qualification: 65 Marks
• Skill Test: 20 Marks
• Experience: 10/15/20 Marks (depending on post)

For Attendant & Cook cum Care Taker:

• Educational Qualification: 85 Marks
• Experience: 15 Marks

For Community Health Officer (CHO):

• Merit list will be prepared based on educational qualification marks.
