Educational Qualification

Mining

• E2: Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
• E4: Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager's Certificate (Unrestricted).

Geology

• Post Graduate Degree in Geology / Applied Geology.

Environment Management (As amended by Corrigendum)

• Bachelor's Degree in Environment Engineering/Technology
  OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Management/Environment Science
  OR
• Post Graduate Degree in Environment Science
  OR
• Doctorate in Environment Studies.

Safety & Fire Services

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology with PG Degree/Diploma in Safety Engineering Management
  OR
• B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering.

Concentrator (Mineral Processing)

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mineral and Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Engineering.

Electrical

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical).

Instrumentation

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication).

Mechanical

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery.

Civil

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Systems

Medical & Health Services

• MBBS with PG Diploma

Selection shall be based on:

Personal Interview (PI)

• 100% Weightage to Personal Interview.
• Candidates shortlisted in ratio of 1:5 against vacancies.
• For a single vacancy, up to 10 candidates may be shortlisted.
• Shortlisting may be based on:
• Relevant experience beyond minimum requirement.
• Higher qualification.
• Company turnover.
