Educational Qualification

1. Food & Vegetable Processing

Candidate should possess any one of the following qualifications:

• B.Voc / Degree in Food Technology or Post Harvest Management from recognized University/College
  OR
• Diploma (minimum 2 years) in Food Technology or Post Harvest Management from recognized Board
  OR
• NTC/NAC in Food & Vegetable Processing Trade

Desirable Qualification:

• National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) under DGT in relevant regular/part-time trade.

2. Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)

Candidate should possess:

• Passed 10th/11th examination from recognized Board/School or equivalent
  AND
• National Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate / State Trade Certificate in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT
  OR
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized University/Board
  OR
• Higher qualification from advanced training institutes like ATI/CTI/IToT etc.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Age should be calculated as on 01.01.2026.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Selection will be based on merit prepared from marks obtained in technical/educational qualifications.

Important points:

1.      Merit list will be prepared according to prescribed qualification marks.

2.      For CTI/ATI required posts, candidates with one-year CTI/ATI qualification will get preference.

3.      If CTI/ATI qualified candidates are unavailable, selection will be made based on technical qualification marks.

4.      Waiting list will remain valid for 10 days after publication.

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• Maximum Honorarium: ₹15,000 per month
• Payment Rate: ₹140 per hour
• Maximum 05 hours per working day

Honorarium may change as per government instructions. No other allowance will be paid.

11. If regular/contract appointment is made later, guest instructor service will automatically end.

12. Final decision in case of dispute will be taken by Regional Joint Director/Committee.
