Educational Qualification

1. Mechanic Motor Vehicle

• 10th pass (or equivalent)
• National Trade Certificate (NTC/NAC) OR Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
• LMV driving license required
• Training from ATI/CTI/NVTI/RVTI

2. Fitter General

• 10th pass
• NTC/NAC in relevant trade
• Training from ATI/CTI/NVTI/RVTI

3. Workshop Calculation & Engineering Drawing

• 10th pass
• NTC/NAC OR Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Training from ATI/CTI/NVTI/RVTI

4. Employability Skills

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA)

5. Engineering Drawing

• Similar qualification as technical trades (ITI/Diploma/Degree as applicable)

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years (as on 27/04/2026)

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

• Selection will be merit-based
• Merit list prepared based on marks obtained in technical qualifications
• Higher qualification candidates considered as per rules
• Guest lecturers may be invited for maximum 1 session
• Selection rules based on Chhattisgarh ITI Recruitment Rules (2019)
• Separate merit list for each trade
• Preference based on highest percentage marks
• Waiting list will also be prepared
• Final selection subject to document verification

Pay Scale / Salary Details

• ₹140 per hour
• Maximum: 5 hours per day
• Maximum monthly payment: ₹15,000

2.      Separate application required for each trade

3.      Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected

4.      No TA/DA will be provided

5.      Candidates must mention correct mobile number

6.      Selection list will be displayed on notice board

7.      If candidate fails to join, next candidate will be selected

8.      If regular appointment occurs, guest appointment ends automatically

9.      Misconduct or unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination

10. Criminal/disciplinary cases must be disclosed

11. False information leads to cancellation

12. Merit list subject to court decisions (WP(S) No. 4836/2020 reference)
