Educational Qualification

Candidate must have passed 12th (10+2) from any of the following boards:

• Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education
• Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
• Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE)
• Chhattisgarh Open School or any recognized board

Subjects required:

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• English

Minimum Marks:

• General Category: 50%
• SC / ST / OBC: 40%

Candidates appearing in the 2026 Class 12 examination are also eligible but must produce the passing marksheet at the time of admission.

Selection Process / Recruitment Process

Admission will be based on Merit List prepared from:

1.      PET-2026 Entrance Examination marks

2.      JEE Mains-2026 merit list

3.      Counselling process

Tie-breaking rules:

1.      Higher marks in Mathematics

2.      Higher marks in Physics

3.      Higher marks in Chemistry

4.      Higher age

5.      Higher 12th percentage if age is also equal

Final admission will be given through counselling conducted by the university.

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• For reserved categories, only Chhattisgarh domicile candidates are eligible.
• Admission will be done strictly through merit and counselling.
• Reserved category candidates must submit valid certificates issued by competent authority.
• If two candidates get equal marks, tie-breaking rules will apply.
• Management quota seats may exist in private colleges (maximum 15%).
