Educational Qualification

B.Pharmacy (4-Year Degree Program)

Candidate must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board with the following subjects:

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology

Minimum Marks:

• 45% for Unreserved category
• 40% for SC / ST / OBC / PwD candidates of Chhattisgarh

Other Conditions:

• Candidate must pass theory and practical separately in each subject.
• English must be one subject in Class 12.

D.Pharmacy (2-Year Diploma Program)

Candidate must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with:

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology

Minimum Marks:

• 45% for Unreserved category
• 40% for SC / ST / OBC / PwD candidates of Chhattisgarh

Candidates must pass theory and practical examinations separately.

B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry – Second Year)

Candidate must have:

• Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized board / university / institution.

Minimum Marks:

• 45% for Unreserved category
• 40% for SC / ST / OBC / PwD candidates of Chhattisgarh

Merit Lists Prepared

1.      PPHT Merit List – Based on marks obtained in the PPHT exam

2.      Class 12 Merit List – Based on marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology

3.      Lateral Entry Merit List – Based on marks obtained in the Diploma in Pharmacy final year

Tie-breaking rule:

• If marks are equal, older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.

3.      Login using your profile credentials.

4.      Fill the PPHT 2026 online application form.

5.      Upload required photo and signature files.

6.      Pay the application fee through online payment mode.

7.      Click the Submit button to finalize the application.

8.      Download and print the submitted application form for future reference.

Important Instructions / Terms & Conditions

Key instructions from the notification:

1.      Candidates must complete profile registration before applying online.

2.      Application form must be carefully filled; incorrect information will be the responsibility of the candidate.

3.      After payment of the application fee, candidates must click SUBMIT to complete the application.

4.      Admit cards will be available online about 7 days before the exam.

5.      Admit card will not be sent by post.

6.      Candidates must carry original photo ID proof and admit card to the exam center.

7.      Entry to the exam center will close 30 minutes before exam start time.

8.      Electronic devices such as mobile phones, electronic watches, purses, belts, caps, etc. are prohibited in the exam hall.

9.      Candidates must follow all exam instructions; violation may lead to disqualification.

10. Admission obtained by false information may be cancelled.
